Cottage Tariff and Conditions
All prices mentioned Exclude GST
Cleaning fee $80 per stay
Options are (base rate is interchangeable):
- 1 Queen Bed - $220 per night Base Rate for up to two people
- 4 Single Beds - $40 per bed per night additional to Queen Bed
MAX 6 people per cottage
- Open cottage all rooms $380 full access for maximum 6 people per night.
Minimum 2 nights stay for above rates
* Check in time: from 2pm * Check out time is 10am
Children 2 years old and younger are free when using OWN bedding and cot. If your 2 year old is requiring a single bed please refer to full paying rates as above.
Port-a Cot is available for hire $10 per stay comes with top and bottom sheet only. We do not offer baby blankets or pillows.
- One Night stay 1 x Queen Bedroom - $300 Base Rate for up to two people
NOTE: Additional people requiring separate room please add $40 per additional bed ie: $300 + $40 pp/pn etc
PLEASE read conditions for 1 night stays:
1 nights stay are for last minute bookings ie: same day requests. We will not accept in advance bookings for single night stays on Fridays, Saturdays or Sunday nights.
In advance bookings for 1 night stays are only available Mondays - Thursdays (not available for public holidays and school holidays)
Other information:
We accept payments through direct debit, Master Card & Visa.
There is a 2.2% surcharge on credit card transactions with our provider Square.
7 night stays receive a 20% reduction from total amount payable.
Returning guests receive 10% discount when staying minimum 2 nights.
Note: Only 1 x 10% discount can be applied to each stay/booking.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelling with 14 days notice.
Less than 14 days 50% refund
Less than 7 days notice nil refund
Smoking Policy:
We have a no smoking policy inside the cottages.
